tube patch (bug fixes and a little more)

TUBE PATCH!

here are some bug fixes and additions that are a part of this update:

- fixed the trashcan system which was not working correctly

- fixed some typos

- added some furniture to nina's house

- fixed some animation mistakes

- added the ability to put tube back on the shelf if you didn't buy it yet

- added the ability to just leave the conversation with the cashier

- fixed the "burst out" screen that was too small

- fixed a bug in which a certain puzzle's boxes would reset their poisitions if you left the room

- removed the random numbers at the credits screen, which used to be an "ending counter" but i was too stoopid be able to implement that

more fixes with SPOILERS bellow:

- fixed a bug that was causing a cutscene when you are teleported back home not to be shown

- fixed several bugs in the conversation with the king

- fixed a soft lock in which if you left the store with golden noodles in your inventory you'd be locked out of certain areas
